Bird and Bee - 750ml

Bird and Bee features Hewe's Crab aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for one year. This collaboration between Blue Bee Cider and Wise Bird Cider Co. has been around since 2020. Each year that Hewe's Crab has a good harvest, we partner across state lines to bring Virginia and Kentucky together. 

This barrel aged cider is nice and balanced. The rich and silkiness of the Virginia Hewe's Crab paired with the warm bourbon notes blend together for a fantastic representation of barrel aged cider.
