CHARRED ORDINARY is semi-sparkling and made from heirloom variety apples (primarily Wickson Crab apple). This old-fashioned cider is bone dry and sharp, pairing well with salty hams and cheeses, rich poultry dishes, and other traditional Virginia fare.
