Each winter, Blue Bee Cider and Catoctin Creek Distilling Company partner on a small batch of eau de vie made with 100% Virginia apples. Part of this becomes their brandy. The other part is used in Blue Bee Cider’s fortified apple ports, one of which is Firecracker.

FIRECRACKER is a dessert cider made from Virginia Gold Rush apples and fortified with eau de vie that has been infused with baby ginger grown by Casselmonte Farm. Exploding with spice, sweetness, and brandy aroma, this limited edition pours a hazy sunrise orange from super fine ginger particulates.
