A highly prized cider apple from the colonial era, the Harrison variety was wiped out and considered lost forever during Prohibition. Its rediscovery and revival at the end of the 20th century has led to Harrison making a comeback into commercial production and we’re here for it!

HARRISON is zippy and tannin-rich with notes of fruit, spice, and butter/marrow that vary in intensity depending on the weather each year. The 2021 harvest presents a vibrant aroma and flavor notes of pineapple and orange zest.

Semi-sparkling, 0% residual sugar, 8.5% ABV.
