Rocky Ridge Reserve - 750ml

ROCKY RIDGE RESERVE is named after the Old Manchester district of Richmond, the original home of Blue Bee Cider. The colonial town of Rocky Ridge incorporated as Manchester in 1769 at the southern bank of the James River’s fall line. At that time, barrels were the primary containers for fermenting and aging cider until bottling in the late winter.

The 2019 vintage is our finest yet. The custom heirloom apple blend aged for one year in Catoctin Creek rye whisky barrels, imparting powerful aroma notes of oak and spirits. Rich flavors of vanilla and caramel give way to the tart apple backbone and a long, comforting finish.
