Kase Sushi Dinner
Join us for our very first collaborative dinner with Kase' Sushi on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 6 pm. Chef Liem has curated a menu to pair perfectly with four of our award-winning ciders.

'Bo Kho' paired with Rocky Ridge Reserve
(Vietnamese Beef Stew "Bo Kho" - Vietnamese beef stew made with tender beef, slow-cooked in a rich broth with spices like cinnamon, star anise, and lemongrass)

Salmon Blossom paired with Charred Ordinary
(Soy-marinated salmon, sweet lychee, pickled shallots, basil herb oil drizzle, and bird's eye chili)

Hamachi Crudo paired with Hopsap Shandy
(Slices of Hamachi with lychee vinaigrette and guava foam)

Tuna TarTar paired with Petit Manchurian
(Tuna, avocado, red onion, sesame seeds, sweet soy, lime juice, soy marinade, scallions, and shrimp chips)

Doors will open at 5pm for a welcome drink and mingling; dinner will start at 6 pm.

To ensure you sit with your friends and loved ones, we encourage you to purchase your tickets together or put in the 'notes' section at check out who you'd like to be seated with.

Seating for this pairing dinner will be community-style, meaning guests will be seated together at shared tables. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow cider and food enthusiasts and enjoy the experience in a warm, communal setting!
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable up to 24 hours before the event.
