• Hopsap Shandy-  A blend of modern and heirloom apples fermented to dry, infused with Citra & Mosaic hops. Herbaceous & floral on the nose with notes of citrus, lychee, and white peach on palate. Semi-Sparkling. 0% Residual Sugar, 8% ABV
• Aragon 1904 - Our best seller. A semi-dry blend of modern and heirloom apples that is light, crisp, and fruit forward. Semi-sparkling. 2% Residual Sugar, 8.6% ABV
• Charred Ordinary - A blend of modern and heirloom apples (primarily Wickson Crab) boasting a floral aroma and sips fruity & tart. Semi-Sparkling. 0% Residual Sugar, 8.3% ABV 
• Orchard Potluck: Harvest Party - A blend of several organic heirloom apples [Stoney Creek Orchard] that we pressed onsite with the community, and fermented to dry. This cider is fruity & tannic with light acidity on the end. 0% Residual Sugar, 8.5% ABV
